The 28th annual woodenboat show will be at mystic seaport museum, june 28-30, 2019. thanks to all for making the 27th annual woodenboat show such a success! this year we were fortunate to have a record number of beautiful wooden boats displayed at the show. several boats were sold, awards were presented, boats were built, and memories were created.. Sunday june 24 – the master mariners wooden boat show, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. this year’s boat show will be held on sunday, june 24, 2018 at the beautiful corinthian yc in tiburon from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. this is a special, once a year opportunity for mmba members to proudly showcase for the public the wonderful wooden boats of the master. The 2013 wooden boat show was a godsend for georgetown. reeling from the devastating fire 24 days earlier, the people of georgetown desperately needed an event to bring us together and start the healing process..
A really nice thing about going to the wooden boat show at the corinthian yacht club is the view of the san francisco bay is spectacular. across the water in the distance is the san francisco skyline. from the yacht club we can see boats sailing the bay, the ferry and angel island. it was a warm and windy day — perfect for bay sailing, too.. The wooden boat festival is a part of the northwest maritime center, whose mission is to engage and educate people of all generations in traditional and contemporary maritime life, in a spirit of adventure and discovery..
